For our second installment of Lakewood Eats, we were delighted to meet Blue, the owner of Bloom Thai Cuisine, who relishes sharing flavors she grew up with among her fellow Lakewood dwellers. Much like Hot Fish House, Bloom Thai regularly welcomes several military service men and women, so they fulfill their desire to make others feel at home while far away from theirs.
We’ve partnered with The City of Lakewood to amplify our sister city because it's such an integral extension of Tacoma and the culture we all share in the South Sound. We often focus so much on Tacoma, that we would be remiss if we did not shed light on the magic that exists so close nearby around our neighbors!
